HOLE SEVENTEEN

BRAID’S GEM

Hole Number Seventeen Braid's Gem

TOP TIP!

This is the last par 3 and presents arguably the toughest test to make par.
The Hole is flanked with massive mature trees and the green is elevated although the hole plays downhill. The front of the green is protected by bunkers and the back has gorse and trees. In the summer when the greens get hard and fast it becomes increasingly difficult to hold the green even if you hit it, so a high ball flight is mandatory.
