ON Line Booking for Members
We have recently installed a new tee booking system which will enable Members and Visitors to book their tee times over the internet. Before we open this system for bookings we need to get as many Members as possible to register. To register you will need to know your NEW membership number which is a 4 digit number. This number replaces your existing alpha and numeric membership number. The list of these numbers is held by Charlie in the club office, or in the Pro Shop. Please ask for your new number.
Once you have your number you can access the BRS Tee Booking system for Kirriemuir from the Club web site (www.kirriemuirgolfclub.co.uk). On the home page you will see on the left hand side a Tee Booking section. Click on Members Online Booking and you will get to the entry screen for Tee Booking. Select ‘Click here to Register’, then complete the details requested on the Members Registration form and click ‘Register’. This will ensure we have your up to date email address, so we can then let you know when bookings can be made. That is all you have to do for now.
Once your registration is accepted by the Golf Club system you will receive an email confirming this. You will then be able to access the Tee Booking system from the Club website and when bookings are open you can ‘Book a Tee time’ simply by clicking on that message. Further details will follow about making a booking once system is ready to go live. Bookings will still be able to be made by phone as at present but we expect the new system will make it easier for Members to make a booking and check availability of tee times.
For those members who do not have access to the internet it is intended to make a P.C. available within the clubhouse to allow bookings. Telephone and personal bookings via the Pro shop will also still be available.
